Leadership Team

Meet the visionaries behind our success. Our leadership team brings diverse expertise, strategic insight, and a shared commitment to driving innovation, growth, and lasting impact.

Jay Nitturkar

— Founder & CEO

Jay is a healthcare technology entrepreneur with a track record of building sustainable, customer-centered solutions. He founded and bootstrapped pVerify from concept to $10M+ in annual recurring revenue, handling ~5 million patient transactions per month, by solving real operational challenges and consistently delivering measurable ROI to providers. That growth culminated in a strategic merger backed by PSG (growth equity).

At MyHealthID, Jay serves as Founder and President, leading strategy from inception. His focus is on creating branded patient-facing apps (iOS, Android, and web) that remove friction from onboarding—enabling patients to upload documentation, sign consent forms, and engage with care teams effortlessly. In parallel, he’s incubating free consumer health apps to promote routine and preventive care, improving access and outcomes—especially for underserved populations.

Charter Member of TiE SoCal, Jay holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. His north star: make patient access simple, secure, and scalable—so providers can deliver better care with less administrative drag.

Focus at MyHealthID: Product & platform strategy • Partnerships & ecosystem • Developer experience • Outcome-driven roadmap • Mission alignment toward preventive care

Shaku Nitturkar

— President & COO

Shaku leads day-to-day operations at MyHealthID—driving execution across product operations, customer success, compliance-minded processes, and internal operating cadence. She excels at turning strategy into repeatable systems that scale, aligning teams on metrics, and ensuring that customer outcomes translate into product improvements.

Previously at Alcon for nearly two decades, Shaku led cross-functional programs for cataract and vitreoretinal surgical innovations—guiding products from feasibility through design controls and global launch, and managing $50M–$350M budgets. That experience in process discipline, embedded systems, and regulated product development directly informs how she builds operational excellence at a growing SaaS company: clear workflows, tight cross-team communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.

At MyHealthID, Shaku’s mandate is simple: ensure the company ships reliable, secure, and patient-friendly software on time—while supporting clinics with smooth onboarding, strong CSAT/NPS, and measurable reductions in front-office workload.

Focus at MyHealthID: Operating cadence & KPIs • Cross-functional team leadership • Customer success & onboarding quality • Process improvement • Budget & vendor management • Security- and compliance-ready operations
